My order is showing as partly paid. What should I do?


If you are seeing that your order is Partly Paid, you can complete the payment in 14 days using the same or another phone number. To do so, simply visit the DaoPay invoice URL and follow the on-screen instructions. If there are any technical issues with making the payment, such as your phone number is rejected, contact support@daopay.com for assistance.

In case the invoice URL is showing that your payment is 100% complete, but Partly Paid status is displayed in your dashboard, please contact CoinGate support team.

Please be advised that we cannot send you bitcoins for payments that are not 100% complete.
