My ID documents are expiring. What I need to do?
In order to fully utilize our services, each user must provide a valid personal ID with an expiration date. If your ID nears to an expiration date, you will get a notification on your dashboard, as well as a personal email two months prior containing a warning to update outdated documents. In case the ID document with a valid expiry date won’t be provided in a given time period, the fiat currency withdrawals will be automatically suspended until the documents are renewed. All other features of the account will function as usual.
