I paid an invoice but it expired. What should I do?

If a cryptocurrency payment failed for any reason and reached the CoinGate invoice after the timer had already expired, a refund form will show up on the invoice. Once it does, fill in the necessary details and request for a refund. We will process it manually within 48 hours. In some cases, the seller may still accept your late payment if your Transaction ID appears on the invoice, so hold on for a little while and contact your seller if you have not already.

Also, all Altcoin payments that are received late or in the incorrect amount are refunded automatically to your provided refund address. Please note that you will not see the refund form if your transaction has not been confirmed on the blockchain. You can check your payment status on any dedicated blockchain explorer.
