How can I receive a refund for a fully paid order, an expired order, a partially paid (underpaid), or an overpaid order?
How do I pay this? Can I pay using debit / credit card, MoneyGram, Western Union?
My invoice shows "Confirming" and seems to be stuck.
When will my order be shipped/delivered?
I sent the transaction, but it is not shown on the invoice. What should I do?
