CoinGate allows you to deposit a wide selection of cryptocurrencies directly to your account balance. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started.
How to Access the Deposit Section?
There are two ways to begin a deposit:

From the Home page:
Click the "Deposit" button at the top of your dashboard. -
Via Balance > Deposits:
Navigate to Balance > Deposits and click the "+ New" button in the top-right corner to create a new deposit.
This section also shows your full deposit history.
Step-by-Step Guide

Select the Currency
Choose the cryptocurrency or token you want to deposit from the list (e.g. BTC, ETH, USDC, USDC, etc.). -
Choose the Correct Network
After selecting a currency, pick the appropriate blockchain network (e.g., Ethereum, Arbitrum, TRON, etc.).⚠️ Depositing on the wrong network may delay crediting or require manual processing .

Use the Generated Deposit Details

For crypto, a QR code and wallet address will be generated.
Simply scan or copy the address to send funds. -
For EUR bank deposits, SEPA transfer details will be displayed.

Bank Transfer Deposits (SEPA)
If depositing fiat via SEPA:

Make sure all payment details are entered correctly, especially the Reason for Payment field.

The account holder's name must match your CoinGate profile name exactly.

Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days to reflect.
After Depositing

Deposits will appear under the Deposits > Activity section with status updates.

Funds are credited after required blockchain confirmations or SEPA processing time.
