The Convert feature allows you to exchange one supported cryptocurrency in your CoinGate balance for another — instantly and without leaving your dashboard.
Where to Access the Convert Tool?
You can find the Convert button in two places:

Home Dashboard
At the top of the dashboard, click the “Convert” button. -
Balance Section
Navigate to Balance > Accounts, choose the currency you want to convert from, and then click Convert.
How to Make a Conversion

Select the currency you want to convert from.

Choose the target currency you wish to convert to.
Only available options will be shown based on your account balance. -
Enter the amount you want to convert.

Review the rate and the final amount you'll receive.

Click “Convert” to complete the process.
Once confirmed, the conversion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed.
Good to Know

You can only convert funds already available in your CoinGate balance.

The exchange rate and fees are displayed before confirmation.

Conversion is available for most major cryptocurrencies (e.g. BTC, ETH, LTC, etc.).
Tips

If you don't see the Convert option, make sure you have enough balance in the selected currency.

After converting, the new balance will appear under the respective currency in your Balance > Accounts section.

If you're planning to withdraw after converting, make sure the destination asset and network match your withdrawal setup.
