The Send feature is designed for business accounts to make crypto payouts to third parties — such as partners, vendors, or contractors. To initiate a payment, a beneficiary must first be created and saved under your account. This functionality is available under the Payouts section of your dashboard.
Step 1: Add a Beneficiary
Before sending funds, you need to create a beneficiary profile:
-
Go to Payouts > Beneficiaries.
-
Click “Add new”.
-
Fill in all required fields:
-
Currency
-
Blockchain platform
-
Wallet address
-
Recipient details (name, surname, country, etc.)
-
-
Click Save.
The beneficiary will now appear in your contact list for future use.
Step 2: Start a Payment
-
Go to Payouts > Send payment.
-
Select a saved beneficiary.
-
Click Continue to open the payment form.
Step 3: Enter Payment Details
-
Choose the currency and account to send from.
-
Enter the amount to send.
-
Fill in the purpose of payment (required).
-
Network and fees will be calculated automatically.
Then click Review payment.
Step 4: Review and Send
On the Payment overview screen, you will see:
-
Beneficiary name and wallet
-
Network
-
Purpose
-
Exchange rate (if currency conversion is involved)
-
Fees (exchange + transfer)
-
Total payment amount
-
A countdown timer (60 seconds) showing how long the exchange rate is locked
✅ If the quote expires before you click Send payment, you’ll see a message prompting you to Refresh quote to get a new rate.
Once all looks correct, click Send payment to confirm the transaction.
Step 5: Track Sent Payments
All your outgoing transfers are recorded under:
Payouts > Outgoing payments
In this section, you can:
-
View each payment’s status (Completed, Expired, Unconfirmed)
-
Resend already completed payments
-
Confirm any unconfirmed transfers
-
Use filters to sort by date, amount, currency, and status
This gives you full control over payment history and allows easy follow-up on each payout.
Additional Tips
-
You can only send funds from your available CoinGate balances.
-
Payments are final once sent — double-check details before confirming.
-
Beneficiaries are saved for future use and can be managed under Payouts > Beneficiaries.
