You can withdraw your available balance to your own crypto wallet or bank account, either manually or automatically to a bank account.
Manual withdrawal
Step 1: Start a withdrawal
Click Withdraw on the Home page, or go to Balance > Withdrawals and click Withdraw in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Choose where to send the funds
Select one of your saved withdrawal addresses, or click Add new and enter:
- For crypto withdrawals: wallet address, currency and blockchain network, and an optional label.
- For bank withdrawals (e.g. EUR – SEPA): bank account details (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC), beneficiary name, and an optional reference or label.
You can manage all saved destinations under Balance > Withdrawals > Withdrawal addresses.
Step 3: Enter the amount
Enter the amount you want to withdraw, select the balance to withdraw from if you hold several currencies, and check the available balance and fee preview.
Step 4: Confirm
Double-check the destination, amount and selected balance, then click Continue and Confirm. Some withdrawals require additional confirmation by email or 2FA.
Step 5: Track your withdrawal
Go to Balance > Withdrawals to see the status of your withdrawals: Pending, Processing, Completed or Canceled. You can also filter and sort the list, choose which columns are shown with the View button, and export your withdrawal history.
Automatic weekly withdrawals (bank accounts only)
You can have your funds sent to a bank account automatically every week. Automatic withdrawals are available for bank accounts only.
To turn on weekly withdrawals:
- Go to Balance > Withdrawals > Withdrawal addresses.
- Open the bank account you want to use.
- Switch on the Weekly withdrawals toggle.
Only one bank account can have weekly withdrawals enabled at a time.
To stop automatic withdrawals, open the same bank account and switch the Weekly withdrawals toggle off. Your funds will then stay in your CoinGate balance until you withdraw them manually.
Good to know
- You can only withdraw from balances you hold, and in the same currency as the selected balance. To withdraw a different currency, convert your funds first using the Convert button.
- Always check that the network is supported by your destination wallet to avoid errors.
- Withdrawals are usually processed within a few hours but may take longer due to network congestion or additional checks.
