If you’ve received crypto payments, deposits, or fiat settlements in your CoinGate account, you can withdraw available balances to your own wallet or bank account. Here's a simple step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Access the Withdrawal Feature
You can start a withdrawal from two places:
-
From the Home page by clicking the
button at the top
-
Or by going to Balance > Withdrawals in the left-hand menu and clicking the
button in the top-right
Step 2: Select a Saved Withdrawal Address
You’ll see a list of previously added withdrawal addresses (both crypto wallets and bank accounts, depending on the currency you’re withdrawing).
-
Select an existing address from the list
-
Or click “Add new” to create a new one by entering:
For crypto withdrawals:
-
Wallet address
-
Currency and blockchain network
-
(Optional) Address label for easier tracking
For fiat withdrawals (e.g. EUR):
-
Bank account details (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC)
-
Currency (e.g. EUR – SEPA)
-
Beneficiary name
-
(Optional) Reference or label
📝 You can manage all saved withdrawal destinations under the Withdrawal addresses tab in the Withdrawals section.
Step 3: Enter Withdrawal Amount
After choosing the wallet:
-
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
-
Select the correct account (e.g. Bitcoin account) if you have multiple balances
-
Check the available balance and network fee preview
⚠️ You can only withdraw from balances you currently hold. If you have funds in a different currency than you want to withdraw, you need to convert them first using the Convert button on the dashboard.
Step 4: Confirm and Submit
-
Double-check the address, amount, and selected account
-
Click Continue, and then Confirm
-
Some withdrawals may require additional confirmation via email or 2FA
Step 5: Track Your Withdrawal
To view the status of your withdrawal:
-
Go to Balance > Withdrawals
-
Filter or sort by date, amount, status, or recipient
-
Statuses include: Pending, Processing, Completed, or Canceled
You can also export your withdrawal history, or click the View button to customize which columns are visible, such as date, amount, wallet name, or status.
Notes
-
Withdrawals must be made in the same currency as the selected account balance
-
Conversion is not done automatically during withdrawal — use the Convert feature first if needed
-
Always verify network compatibility with your destination wallet to avoid errors
-
Once submitted, withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, but may be delayed due to network congestion or additional checks.
