If you need help resolving a customer’s payment issue or investigating an order, you can contact CoinGate Support directly from your business dashboard.
Submitting a ticket from within your account ensures faster handling and secure verification.
Option 1. Create a ticket from your dashboard
Log in to your CoinGate business account.
Go to Help on the left-hand menu.
Click + New ticket in the top-right corner.

Fill in the subject and message fields, describe the issue, and include:
Short description of the issue
Click Submit ticket to send it to the Support team.
You’ll see all your previously submitted tickets under Help → Tickets.
Option 2. Contact us directly from an order or refund page
If the issue relates to a specific customer payment or refund:
Open the Order or Refund page.
Scroll to the Need help? section at the bottom.
Enter your message and click Submit ticket.
Tickets submitted directly from an order or refund page are prioritized — they’re automatically linked to the related transaction and usually answered within up to 2 business hours.
Option 3. Use the “Send feedback” button
If you’d like to share an idea, report a bug, or suggest an improvement:
Scroll down to the left-side menu.
Click Send feedback.
Describe what you noticed or what could be improved.
This goes directly to our internal product and support teams for review.
Option 4. Other ways to reach us
If you cannot access your dashboard or need to follow up outside of it, you can also:
Submit a ticket via our Help Center form.
Email us at support@coingate.com.
Start a live chat (if available) from the Help Center.
💡 Tip: When contacting us, always include as much information as possible — order ID, transaction hash, and customer details help us investigate faster.
