To send crypto payouts, you first need to add and verify a beneficiary — the wallet or contact that will receive your payments.
To add a new beneficiary:
Go to Payouts → Beneficiaries in your CoinGate dashboard.
Click New contact in the top-right corner.
Fill in all required details:
Currency and Network (e.g., BTC, Ethereum, TRC-20)
Wallet address
Beneficiary info – choose Individual or Business and provide basic details (name, email, and country).
Click Save address.
Once saved, the wallet will appear in your list of beneficiaries.
If needed, it may require verification before you can use it for payouts. Follow on-screen instructions to complete verification.
