Where you upload a document depends on what stage your verification is at. Using the right place keeps everything in one review queue and avoids delays.
When we ask you for additional documents
If your verification has already been submitted and our Compliance team asks for something extra — a policy document, an explanation of source of funds or source of wealth, a comfort letter, a licence or similar — upload it here:
Business Settings → Uploaded Documents
This section is meant for supporting documents that are added on top of your original application. Once uploaded, let us know in your open support ticket so we can pass them on for review.
When your verification was returned or rejected
If a document was not accepted and we asked you to provide a corrected one, upload it through the verification form itself, not into Uploaded Documents.
The reason is simple: the verification form has to be submitted again for your application to re-enter the review queue. A replacement document placed anywhere else will not move your verification forward, and your application will keep waiting.
After you have replaced the document in the form, remember to press Submit at the end. Your application then returns to the queue for review.
Please do not send documents by email
For security reasons, we ask you not to send verification documents as email attachments. Email is not a protected channel, and documents sent that way are also easy to lose track of.
Always use the dashboard — either the verification form or the Uploaded Documents section, depending on the situation above. Your documents are stored securely there and are visible only to the team reviewing your account.
