For security reasons, the email address linked to your CoinGate account cannot be changed directly from the dashboard.
If you need to update it, please contact our Support team from the email address currently linked to your account and request the change.
Our team will guide you through the process and ask you to complete a Live ID verification to confirm ownership.
⚠️ Please note:
We cannot change your email address to one that is already registered with another CoinGate account.
Requests sent from a different or unverified email address will not be accepted for security reasons.
