If a customer has overpaid, our system automatically generates a refund form on the invoice itself once the payment has been approved. This means that in most cases, you don't need to take any further action.
In case a customer closes the invoice window for any reason, you can guide them to reach out to CoinGate support. They should provide their Order ID or output address of payment. Once they contact us, we will resend the refund form to them.
Please note that refunds may take up to 2 business days to process.
