Currently, we do not have a feature that would allow our customers to make on-demand conversions between assets. This will be possible soon as this functionality is at the top of our roadmap. Until we’re ready, all conversions are done manually and then paid out to those payout addresses that you have approved in your CoinGate account.
To request conversion and withdraw funds, please contact email@example.com with a subject line “I want to make currency conversion”, and our operations team will convert and send your funds to you manually.
If there’s a particular cryptocurrency that you want to exchange to any other asset right after you receive a payment, you can access your invoice settings, change the “Receive Currency” parameter and enable automatic asset conversion this way.
