1. Full screen - please ensure that the entire screen is visible
2. Error message - please include a screenshot of the error message
3. Code - please make sure the code is visible
4. URL - please ensure that the URL is visible
5. Date and time - the date and time should be visible at the bottom right of your PC screen
6. Region - please include a screenshot of the region your account is set in.
Please avoid submitting separate screenshots or cropped images. If all the required information is not visible within one screenshot, please send us a video instead.
