If you signed up but the activation email has not arrived, work through these in order.
Check the basics first
- The address you typed. A small typo in the email address is the most common cause — the message goes somewhere else entirely.
- Your spam or junk folder. Automated sign-up emails often land there.
- Filters and tabs. Gmail's Promotions tab and corporate mail filters can hold it back.
If it still has not arrived
Give it up to 30 minutes. If nothing has come through by then, contact our support team from the address you used to register and we will check what happened.
Using a company address?
Corporate mail servers sometimes block automated messages before they reach your inbox. If you have access to your IT administrator, asking them to allow mail from CoinGate is usually the quickest fix. If not, tell us and we will look for another way.
