The document list is the standard set, but we know it does not fit every company. If something on it does not exist for your business or cannot be obtained, tell us rather than going quiet — in most cases there is an alternative.
When an alternative is usually possible
- The document does not exist in your country, or is issued in a different form.
- Your company is newly incorporated and has no financial history yet — see what a newly incorporated company can provide instead.
- You operate without a traditional bank account — see what a crypto-only company can provide.
- You work as a sole trader rather than through a company — see can freelancers verify a business account.
- A document contains information you are contractually bound to keep confidential.
What will not work
Simply omitting a required item, or sending a document with key details removed, means we cannot complete the review. If confidentiality is the issue, say so and we will tell you what can be redacted and what has to stay visible.
How to ask
Reply to the message from our team, or contact support, explaining which document is a problem and why. The more specific you are, the faster we can suggest something that works.
