Your CoinGate Order ID is a unique number assigned to every payment made through our checkout page. It allows our team to quickly locate your payment in our system.
Where to find it
You can find your CoinGate Order ID:
On the checkout page — it’s displayed under the “Order info” button, as shown in the screenshot below.
In the confirmation email you receive after completing the payment.
If you are reaching out to our support team about a specific payment, please also include the transaction hash (TXID) from your wallet or exchange.
The transaction hash is the most reliable way for us to locate your payment on the blockchain and provide an accurate update.
