You can easily find any order created through your CoinGate business account using the Orders page in your dashboard.
This page lists all customer payments, whether completed, pending, or expired.
Step 1. Go to the Orders page
In your dashboard, navigate to:
Sales → Orders
This section contains every order made through your store, payment button, or API integration.
Step 2. Use filters or search
You can filter or search to locate a specific order faster.
Available filters include:
Paid at – choose a specific date or date range.
Status – filter by order state (Paid, Pending, Expired, Invalid, Canceled).
Order type – select between payment buttons, API orders, billing, etc.
Price / Receive amount – narrow by order value.
Payment gateway – filter by the Coingate or BinancePay used.
Search bar – enter a keyword such as:
Order ID
Wallet address
Transaction ID
Title
Step 3. Open order details
Click on the order in the list to view full details:
Payment status and timestamps
Order amount, currency, and exchange rate
Refund option
If you cannot find an order
Double-check the email or payment address shared by the customer.
Confirm the correct currency or network was used.
If the order doesn’t appear at all, contact CoinGate Support and provide:
The Order ID (if known)
The transaction hash
