Sometimes, your payout may stay in a pending state or fail to be processed right away.
In most cases, this happens due to compliance checks, missing verification, or incorrect beneficiary setup.
Here’s how to identify and fix the issue.
1. Payout on hold due to compliance review
Cause:
Your payout is temporarily paused because our Compliance team needs to review the transaction or request additional details.
Fix:
Check your email inbox — we may have already reached out asking for extra information (such as a reason for the payment or a document related to the transfer).
Once the review is complete, your payout will automatically continue.
2. Unverified or missing beneficiary
Cause:
The payout cannot be processed because the beneficiary wallet is not verified or missing required details.
Fix:
Go to Payouts → Beneficiaries and make sure the wallet is verified.
If verification is pending or failed, follow the on-screen steps to complete it.
In some cases, we may contact you to confirm or provide additional information about the recipient.
3. Pending status for longer than usual
Cause:
Your payout request is still being reviewed or is waiting for confirmation in our internal system.
Fix:
If your payout remains Pending for longer than usual and you didn’t receive any email from us, please contact our Support team from the dashboard.
4. Payout marked as “Sent,” but not received yet
Cause:
The payout has been processed from CoinGate’s side, but the recipient hasn’t yet received the funds — possibly due to blockchain network delays or a recipient-side issue.
Fix:
Check the transaction ID (TXID) on the blockchain explorer to confirm the payout status.
