When you choose the option to pay via CoinGate on a merchant’s website, a CoinGate Order is created, and a checkout page (shopper payment page) is generated for you. This page displays your CoinGate Order ID and lets you select the cryptocurrency and network you want to use for the payment.
How to pay

Open the checkout page link provided by the merchant.

Choose the cryptocurrency you’d like to pay with from the list.

If the selected currency supports multiple blockchain networks, make sure to choose the correct one.

Enter your email address and other required information.

Copy the payment address shown or scan the QR code, then send the exact amount displayed.

Wait for the required blockchain confirmations.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the checkout page will update to Paid, and the merchant will be notified automatically.
Important notes

You can only pay with cryptocurrencies through CoinGate checkout pages.

Traditional payment methods (such as credit card or bank transfer) are not available unless the merchant has integrated them separately.

Always send the exact amount shown on the checkout page — using a different amount, currency, or network can delay or invalidate your payment.

If the checkout page expires after 20 minutes, please create new CoinGate order.
