We are the payment processor, not the seller. CoinGate handles the payment itself, but we hold no information about what you ordered, when it ships or when it will arrive.
Who to contact
Contact the shop or service you bought from. They are the only ones who can tell you about processing, shipping or delivery, and they are also the ones who can arrange a refund or a replacement if something is wrong with the order.
What we can help with
We can confirm whether your payment reached the merchant. If you are not sure the payment went through, or the merchant says they have not received it, contact us with the CoinGate order number and the transaction hash and we will check.
