What happens if I send the payment after the checkout page has expired or been cancelled?

If you made the payment but the checkout page is already expired or cancelled, don’t worry — you are eligible to request a refund.

What to do:

1. Click “Refund request”
Once your late payment is detected, a Refund request option will appear on the checkout page.


2. Fill out the refund form
In the form you’ll see:

  • Currency network – select the network 

  • Wallet address – enter your address where the refund should be sent

  • Email address – this field will be filled automatically with the email you entered when creating the checkout page.

  • Comment (optional) – add any extra details if needed
     


3. Decide how to proceed

  • To let us try processing your payment to the merchant: leave the box “Accept my payment if possible” checked

  • To only get a refund: uncheck this box


Important notes:

  • If you don’t see the refund form, please contact our Support team and include your CoinGate Order ID and transaction hash (TXID).

  • Refunds are always issued in the same currency and network used for your original payment.
