Some business details can be updated by you in the dashboard, while changes that affect your verification need to go through our team first.
Changes that need our involvement
Contact our support team and explain what has changed if it concerns:
- company ownership or shareholding structure;
- the company's legal name or legal form;
- the registered or operational address;
- directors or beneficial owners.
We will then enable the option to upload new documents or edit the details in your account. For an address change we also need a document confirming the new address.
Why it works this way
Your verification is tied to the company as it was documented when the account was approved. When that changes, the record has to be updated with supporting documents, which is why the fields are not simply editable.
Tell us early
It is better to let us know when a change happens than to wait for the next review. An account whose details no longer match its documents can have services limited until the records are brought up to date.
