If you’ve enabled 2FA but need to disable it, you can do so directly from your CoinGate dashboard — as long as you still have access to your authentication app.
To disable 2FA (when you have access)

Log in to your CoinGate account.

From the left menu, go to Account settings → Security.

In the Two-factor authentication section, switch the toggle off.

Confirm the action by entering the 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator app.
Your account will remain protected by your password and other security measures.
You can re-enable 2FA anytime following the same setup steps.
