Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours. Every withdrawal is reviewed manually for security and compliance reasons, which is why it is not instant.
What to expect
- Crypto withdrawals — usually processed within a few hours, then subject to normal blockchain confirmation times.
- Fiat withdrawals — usually a few hours on business days. Weekends and public holidays take longer, since banks are not processing transfers.
- Larger amounts or additional checks — can take up to 24 hours.
Why manual review?
A withdrawal moves money out of your account, which makes it the step an attacker would target. Reviewing withdrawals is what allows us to stop unauthorised ones, and it is also required of us as a regulated company.
If it is taking longer
Check that your withdrawal is not waiting on something on your side — an unconfirmed address or an approval step, if your business uses multi-approval. If it is past 24 hours with nothing pending, contact our support team with the withdrawal details and we will look into it.
