A withdrawal can be cancelled, but not from the dashboard — our support team has to do it for you.
How to request it
Contact support with the subject line "I want to cancel my withdrawal" and include the withdrawal details. The sooner you write, the better the chances.
Timing matters
Cancelling is only possible while the withdrawal is still pending. Once it has been processed and sent to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else — a confirmed blockchain transaction is final.
Withdrawals are reviewed manually and usually processed within a few hours, so there is a limited window.
If it has already been sent
If the funds went to the wrong address, the only route is to contact the owner of that address. If it was sent to an exchange, their support may be able to help. We cannot recall a completed transaction.
