If you made the payment but the checkout page is already expired or cancelled, don’t worry — you are eligible to request a refund.
What to do:
1. Click “Refund request”
Once your late payment is detected, a Refund request option will appear on the checkout page.
2. Fill out the refund form
In the form you’ll see:
Currency network – select the network
Wallet address – enter your address where the refund should be sent
Email address – this field will be filled automatically with the email you entered when creating the checkout page.
Comment (optional) – add any extra details if needed
3. Decide how to proceed
To let us try processing your payment to the merchant: leave the box “Accept my payment if possible” checked
To only get a refund: uncheck this box
Important notes:
If you don’t see the refund form, please contact our Support team and include your CoinGate Order ID and transaction hash (TXID).
Refunds are always issued in the same currency and network used for your original payment.
