If you sent more than the amount shown on the checkout page, don’t worry — you can request a refund of the excess.
What to do
- After our system approves your payment, the checkout page will automatically display a Refund request form.
- Keep the checkout page open until the refund form appears.
- Fill out the form with the required details:
- Your wallet address where the refund should be sent
- The network used (if applicable) - Submit the form. We’ll process the refund for the excess amount only (the portion you over-paid).
Important notes
- The refund covers only the excess that you paid above the displayed amount.
- Make sure you fill in the correct network and wallet address to receive your refund smoothly.
- If you don’t see the refund form on the checkout page, contact our support team and provide your transaction hash (TXID) and CoinGate Order ID.
- Since it’s a crypto-payment gateway, refund amounts may vary slightly due to network fee differences or currency conversions.
- Small overpaid amounts may not be refundable.
If the refund value is lower than the required network fee, we cannot return the funds. This depends on blockchain conditions at the time of refund.
